Sentinel Management is a locally owned and operated condominium-focused property management company that has been supporting Ottawa-area condominium communities since 1987. We work in partnership with your Board of Directors to help keep your community well run, financially responsible, and properly maintained, while being responsive and accessible to residents.
Our team-based approach means your Board is supported by an experienced Condominium Manager, knowledgeable Administrators, and a centralized support team that helps with operations, communications, financial reporting, projects, and day-to-day coordination. We use practical technology and clear processes to help communities run smoothly and address issues efficiently.
Founded in 1987 by Cindy Johnston, Sentinel remains a family-led organization with deep experience in the local condominium sector. Our Leadership Team is led by Noah Johnston, who oversees overall operations and strategy, and includes:
- Jennifer Bearzatto – guides and develops our Condominium Managers and Administrators.
- Stacey Malcolm – leads and strengthens our Corporate Services function
